If your child is scheduled to receive the Sacraments of Reconciliation or Eucharist for the first time this year, please see the Form for First Penance which can be used as practice for your child.  Parish children in Level 3/Grade 3 PREP/School Year will be receiving these Sacraments here at Nativity.
